Wister 4-H and FFA students participated in the Fall Livestock Show that was held over the weekend.Several students brought home plaques, belt buckles and savings bonds.

Mrs. Curnutt just recently held her annual pumpkin contest for any 4-H student. The winner, Bailie Hamlin, received $25.00. Bailie created a caterpillar out of several tiny pumpkins. It won the crowd over!! Everyone that entered the contest will go on to compete in the Leflore County Extension contest.
Leflore County Extension Agency conducted a pumpkin contest for all Leflore County 4-Her's and Cloverbuds. There are five categories: most unusual, most creative, prettiest, funniest and the scariest. Winners will receive trophies. The following will be a slideshow of some of the entries:
